February ushered a month of celebrating from Bourbon St to Hotel St. Starting with the Super Bowl win to the infamous street party, Mardi Gras. Mardi Gras, translated to “Fat Tuesday”, refers “to the practice of the last night of eating richer, fatty foods before the ritual fasting of the Lenten season, which started on Ash Wednesday.” Chinatown hosted an enchanting night of dancing, cocktails, and costumes.
